        Bonding layer for bonded screeds

Mixing liquid comprising ZM HF [basic] + water in a ratio of 1:2.

        Mix 1 part screed fast-acting cement + 1 part quartz sand 0.2 - 2.0 mm.

Add the mixing liquid until a homogeneous slurry is obtained.

        Applying the bonding layer

Brush the entire surface area of the bonding layer to min. 1 mm.

        Apply the screed wet-on-wet.

        Applying the fast-acting screed

Immediately apply the prepared mixture to the substrate and quickly spread, compact and rub to achieve the required layer thickness.

Divide up large surfaces using construction joints.

False joints and movement joints should be provided and used in the same manner as for conventional cement screeds.
