    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

        The substrate must be clean, dry, free of dust, grease and loose substances, and prepared in the correct manner.

      • Preparations

        Before applying the product, prime the damaged areas of wood that are to be repaired with Remmers Epoxy Wood Strengthener. The wood substitution compound must be applied while the previous coating is freshly applied and still tacky.

      • Application temperature: min. 10 °C max. 25 °C

        Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +10 °C to max. +25°C

      • Use clean tools to apply the mixed wood substitution compound within the specified pot life, compact it thoroughly and smooth it off.
        To smooth the surfaces, clean tools thoroughly and wet with Thinner V 101 to prevent drips from forming.

    • Application instructions
      • Drying time: can be worked over after 24 h
      • Check colour, adhesion and compatibility with the substrate by setting up a trial area.

        If shuttering aids are used, PE film must be used as a release agent.

      • Drying

        Ready for next coat: after approx. 24 hours

      • Clean tools immediately after use with V 101 Thinner.

        The material can no longer be cleaned off once it has dried or hardened.

        Ensure that any residue from cleaning is disposed of correctly.

    • Storage / shelf life
      • Store frost-free and cool / protect for moisture / close containers
      • Shelf-life 24 months
      • If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 24 months.

    • Usage
      • 0.93 kg/m² per mm layer thickness; corresponds to 0.93 kg per litre volume

    • Disposal instructions
      • Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
